A man sits on an early morning commuter bus in the last row leaning against the window asleep. He wakes up sitting in the middle of a busy street. What happened? Nobody saw it. It was still dark. The bus driver didn't notice anything. There were no witnesses.

Carefull forensic analysis revealed that the man fell out of the window. The back row seats are higher, and the hip of a seated person are at the level of the bottom of the window. This constellation, combined with a faulty latch allowed the person to fall out as the bus was driving around a bend.
